Hey Joe, You were definitely meant to be a coach in many capacities.

My challenge is do I minister to business owners one on one Or do I appeal to the masses with the message of Discover what you were meant to do?

The problem to me seems enormous, 50% of all boomers and their kids will never be able to retire and the other 50% that can, 1/2 of them are doing jobs they really do not like.
So why not discover what you were truly designed to do and do something you really enjoy doing for the rest of your life? In the process they will discover who God really is as He shows them who they really are!
I get fired up for both, maybe I can do both as one funds the other.

Seriously Joe, I would really love to spend some quality time brainstorming with you. Even if it means I have to drive up to Bethel between intensives. I really believe your team can be an asset to these visions God is giving me. To have focus as 1 of my top 5, this confusion can drive me a little crazy. I love focus and I love to maximize. I need people to help me put together a good road map.
